Uses of Common Silicon Metal

Doped with specific trace impurities of silicon monocrystal made of high-power transistors, rectifiers and solar cells, than made of germanium monocrystal. Amorphous silicon solar cell research is progressing rapidly, the conversion rate reached more than 8 per cent. Silicon molybdenum rod electric heating element maximum operating temperature of up to 1700 ℃, with resistance is not easy to aging and good antioxidant properties.
